NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING TO
VACATE A PORTION OF THE DRAINAGE AND UTILITY EASEMENT RECORDED AS DOCUMENT NO. 3858582 IN THE OFFICE OF THE COUNTY RECORDER, WASHINGTON COUNTY, MINNESOTA AND SHOWN ON THE RECORED PLAT OF SUMMERLIN THIRD
ADDITION
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City Council of the City of Woodbury desires to vacate a portion of the Drainage and Utility Easement dedicated on Document No. 3858582, Washington County, Minnesota, described as follows:
Commencing at the most westerly southwest corner of Outlot A, said plat of SUMMERLIN THIRD ADDITION; thence North 00 degrees 26 minutes 35 seconds West, assumed bearing along the west line of said Outlot A, a distance of 63.88 feet to the northerly sideline of said easement; thence North 89 degrees 33 minutes 25 seconds East, along said sideline 77.30 feet to the point of beginning; thence continuing North 89 degrees 33 minutes 25 seconds East 61.98 to an angle point in said sideline; thence South 63 degrees 28 minutes 53 seconds East, along said sideline 220.48 feet; thence South 89 degrees 44 minutes 28 seconds West 57.79 feet; thence North 64 degrees 00 minutes 33 seconds West 224.14 feet to the point of beginning.
NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN that a hearing on said vacation will be held before City Council of the City of Woodbury, Washington County, Minnesota at a meeting to be held in the Woodbury City Hall, 8301 Valley Creek Road on Wednesday, February 28, 2018 at 7:30 p.m.
